We created an online survey using Polls which utilises socal media to obtain responses. This allowed us to send our survey direcly to our target audience through a site tehy would check ever day, ensuring a esponse. The survey had a link to our band website and consisted of 6 basic questions that were both multiple choice and open questions. 

Using Facebook we could ntie our target audience to like our band page and and to respond to our questionaire. 

This way we controlled who answered it, using media students and non media students, a range of ages between 18 - 25 and a mix of genders. 

The site allowed us to limit our target audeicne to those who suited our genre but narrowing down using music tastes.
